Who is Highway 101? A good question, and one that becomes harder to answer every year. Once upon a time, we might have said copywriters, art directors, graphic designers or, perhaps, creative directors.

Highway 101’s senior partners can lay claim to all of the above, but nowadays our job descriptors have broadened. The needs of our clients have meant that we embrace manynew disciplines, working as creative orchestrators, applying our thoughts to whatever market or media the brief demands.

The truth is that most of the time we tend to work as a creative 'think tank'. We start with the 'left brain' disciplines of the marketing requirements, strategy and process. Then, we move over to the 'right brain' creative thinking. Very often, we'll extend the team, too, bringing on board whoever we think might ensure a more effective result.

On a daily basis, our company might be in the process of launching a new company, product or service; branding or re-branding an organisation; designing a new visual identity and logo; conducting marketing workshops with organisations; creative advertising campaigns and collateral (brochures, posters and more) for clients, large and small.
